On Saturday, August 17 at 11:30pm, we brought in our black cat Freddie, suffering from what was diagnosed as a bladder infection. He was near death. He is now doing fine and we can’t thank you all enough! We left at 2:00am and he has recovered. God bless you guys and the animals and owners you help.

Heartfelt thanks for the excellent care you took with and of our precious Toby. Thank you for being so attentive to his medical issues and the special concerns of his “crazy” mom.

His diagnosis of diabetes and all that entails has been difficult to comprehend, but your care and concern for his well-being (and ours) has been more than we could have asked for. Everyone on staff has shown Toby and us so much love and compassion. Toby is such a loyal, kind-hearted, and gentle baby boy who has never stopped thanking us for adopting him. He is loved beyond words. We are truly grateful that we do not have to imagine our live without him, thanks to all of you.

During such an emotional time it is difficult to find the words to convey how much we appreciate your skill and kindness and you clear and helpful communication with us. You do exceptional work and we sing your praises to everyone we meet who has fur babies.

You have saved our Toby, not once but twice and we are so, so grateful. We are reminded of the love of our heavenly Father who has sent His earth angels (you) to help us, and we thank you so very much. May God always bless you?

Ron and I brought Zipper in late Friday night, he was “knocking on death’s door.” Your prompt care and attention saved his life. You and your staff were and are so kind and thoughtful. I would like to take this opportunity to tell people about the Animal Emergency Hospital.
This past weekend my little dog suddenly became very ill. I called my vets office, they informed me to take her to the Animal Emergency on Bristol Road.

I found this facility to be spacious, clean, well-equipped but most important, the staff was efficient and fast at getting my little girl safely settled with emergency tests and meds going, while keeping me informed, they were so caring, when she was stable and telling her good-bye I went home. Unfortunately around 4AM she took a turn for the worst. I was very upset and wanted to be with her and they actually sent a staff member to get me so I was with my sweet little dog at the end. Dr. Gage and staff are amazing. I will never forget the help, compassion, and sympathy they showed at the loss of my little dog.

Emergency Staff:

I would like to thank all of you for all you did and also for the flowers. They reminded me of Tipper. She was always a sweet, happy little dog.

We wanted to say THANK YOU for taking care of our fur baby. Our black lab, Boss, was seen twice within the last year for minor injuries by Dr. Gage. She was awesome. Also, the staff was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made our visit easier and got us in and out within a reasonable amount of time, especially since both injuries happened around the 4th of July. Boss has recovered from both injuries and is doing great! He is back to himself and exploring the backyard. We would recommend you to anyone! The pets and owners are really your #1 priority. I don’t think we can thank Dr. Gage & her staff enough.
