*Applicant must be an LVT or Confident Assistant with 3+ years of recent experience.
*Applicant must be available nights, weekends and holidays.

Client Service Representative
Animal Emergency Hospital of Burton, MI is looking for energetic and friendly customer service representatives!
We are under new management and on the hunt for reception staff that are warm, friendly, understanding and compassionate to add to our team and help us develop a new culture.
We are open overnights and weekends and holidays. We are open when the other hospitals are not and we see patients and clients when they need us most, in an emergency. We take pride in the service we provide to our community. The right person for our team will be a team player, be able to multi-task, and treat every patient as if it were their own.
Receptionist sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer’s trust and confidence in our abilities.
Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Placing outbound calls and sending records to DVMs
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
