Dear Dr. Barz,
Thank you for taking good care of me. I am healing well.
My mommy says thank you for saving my eye and helping my jaw. She appreciates all of the staff and their help!
Kip St. Pierre & Melissa (Mommy)
We are so grateful for your help. Our puppy Shaggy ate rat poison and you saved his life! We are especially thankful for the caring and supportive care we received from Amber at the front desk!! And for Dr. Barz and her expertise and quick thinking. We wanted you to know that we appreciate all that you do every day, for all the animals that come to your hospital!
Thank you for the good care you gave Topper yesterday. We are extremely grateful that your office is available in times of emergencies. He is now home and doing well.
Pam and Sean Beckly
Dear Dr. Arnsman, Lee Ann, and all the staff at After Hours Emergency,
Thank you so very, very much for saving our precious dog, Scout. My heart sank when I learned how ill he was, and after his surgery I was so grateful and happy to have him back. Your work saved his life and ours!
Anne & Jim Cummins
I would like to take this opportunity to tell people about the Animal Emergency Hospital.
This past weekend my little dog suddenly became very ill. I called my vets office, they informed me to take her to the Animal Emergency on Bristol Road.
I found this facility to be spacious, clean, well-equipped but most important, the staff was efficient and fast at getting my little girl safely settled with emergency tests and meds going, while keeping me informed, they were so caring, when she was stable and telling her good-bye I went home. Unfortunately around 4AM she took a turn for the worst. I was very upset and wanted to be with her and they actually sent a staff member to get me so I was with my sweet little dog at the end. Dr. Gage and staff are amazing. I will never forget the help, compassion, and sympathy they showed at the loss of my little dog.
This is a copy of the letter I sent to our Fenton newspaper. I would like to thank all of you for all you did and also for the flowers. They reminded me of Tipper. She was always a sweet, happy little dog. Thank you again.
Gail Eastman Krajewski
P.S. I love the flowers. They are bright and happy-looking.
Dear Animal Emergency Hospital Staff,
We wanted to say THANK YOU for taking care of our fur baby. Our black lab, Boss, was seen twice within the last year for minor injuries by Dr. Gage. She was awesome. Also, the staff was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made our visit easier and got us in and out within a reasonable amount of time, especially since both injuries happened around the 4th of July. Boss has recovered from both injuries and is doing great! He is back to himself and exploring the backyard. We would recommend you to anyone! The pets and owners are really your #1 priority. I don’t think we can thank Dr. Gage & her staff enough.
Jennifer, Daniel and Boss Urssing
Words are so inadequate to express our appreciation for all of you! We so thank you for taking such good care of our baby girl. She is our love and our joy. Without your care, kindness and compassion we would no longer be blessed to have her in our world. You saved her life and allowed us to continue to have the fun and friend that is our Claire in our family. It goes without saying that all of you are pros providing the best care. All of you guys are angels as well giving understanding and kindheartedness to your patients and their families. Thank you, thank you for being there for us at a most difficult time. Each and every time Claire gives us a lick or makes us laugh or simply lays by our side we will always remember and be grateful for all of you.
Woof and love from the Prahin family:
Rod, Anne and most of all Miss Claire
Doctors and all staff,
Thank you for saving our little Browny last night. We are both so attached to her and love her so much! Don’t know what I would do if something ever happened to her. I personally have lost a few four-legged friends and do not take death well of any kind.
Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts!
Susan and Duane Clayton
On Saturday, August 17 at 11:30pm, we brought in our black cat Freddie, suffering from what was diagnosed as a bladder infection. He was near death. He is now doing fine and we can’t thank you all enough! We left at 2:00am and he has recovered. God bless you guys and the animals and owners you help.
Reed and Margo
We are so grateful to you girls for being so kind to us and our dog “Lily” the black Yorkie Poo. She’s our baby and we feel you saved her life.
Thank you, thank you!
Kerry and Gaye Johnson
I wish to thank you and your entire staff for the marvelous care you all did. My little Max was in bad shape then, but he is doing very well knowing he had the best of care.
Thank you very, very much
To the Staff at Emergency Animal Hospital ~
We want to wish all of you’re a Merry Christmas and a special thank you for your care and concern for our dog Mongo that you treated last year.
We’ll never forget that night, December 23rd, Mongo was apparently suffering from grand mal seizures. My husband, son, and I have never witnessed anything like that before in our lives. Obviously, we wound up at your clinic and you stabilized and treated Mongo for this disorder. The very next day, you called to say we could bring him home!! (Of course, we heard his barking in the background.)
After a visit with our regular veterinarian, we have had him on Phenobarbital, 2x daily (1 ¼ pills). We are happy to report that he has had no repeat seizures since then. His blood count was 76, which they said was a good level. Mongo was in this last Tuesday for a blood draw to check the ‘barb’ levels and to check his kidneys. We should be getting the results soon. Mongo is their favorite 3-legged dog, and they were heartbroken to hear of the seizures. (Like he needs another problem!)
In closing, again, we just want to profoundly say THANK YOU for your care and concern for our little big guy Mongo. You do a wonderful job and the follow-up calls just show how much you care!! Bless all of you. Pets are like children too.
Merry Christmas to all, and again, THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!
Jerry and Maureen Post, Adam Dann, Phoebe Jane (Mongo’s sister) and of course, MONGO
Dear doctors and staff,
Thank you so much for taking such good care of our kitty Sixy! He is doing so much better thanks to each of you and your excellent care and genuine concern and love of animals.
Sixy, Mary Ann, and Chuck Johns
Sixy sends each of you a special “thank you”: “meow, meow” of his own!
Dear Dr. Gage,
Heartfelt thanks for the excellent care you took with and of our precious Toby. Thank you for being so attentive to his medical issues and the special concerns of his “crazy” mom.
His diagnosis of diabetes and all that entails has been difficult to comprehend, but your care and concern for his well-being (and ours) has been more than we could have asked for. Everyone on staff has shown Toby and us so much love and compassion. Toby is such a loyal, kind-hearted, and gentle baby boy who has never stopped thanking us for adopting him. He is loved beyond words. We are truly grateful that we do not have to imagine our live without him, thanks to all of you.
During such an emotional time it is difficult to find the words to convey how much we appreciate your skill and kindness and you clear and helpful communication with us. You do exceptional work and we sing your praises to everyone we meet who has fur babies.
You have saved our Toby, not once but twice and we are so, so grateful. We are reminded of the love of our heavenly Father who has sent His earth angels (you) to help us, and we thank you so very much. May God always bless you?
With our hugs, love, and prayers,
Sharon, Jack, and Toby Brock
Dear Dr. Barz and staff,
Ron and I brought Zipper in late Friday night, he was “knocking on death’s door.” Your prompt care and attention saved his life. You and your staff were and are so kind and thoughtful. I cannot thank you enough for everything all of you did. Ron is a retired veterinarian who always went above and beyond and he was also extremely impressed! Thank you again! God bless all of you.
